Update On 2014 Release Schedule

So, there's no denying that I disappeared for a little while there! Last you heard from me, I was in the midst of moving. Surprise! I'm still in the midst of moving. It's been a long, ongoing process that will hopefully come to an end soon.

Couple this with a super big project going on in the background here, and things have been a bit delayed! Therefore I am having to update the remaining release schedule for 2014 under this name.

As of right now this is how things stand:

REN'AI RENSAI BOOK 7: "IKIGAI." - Very late September/Early October (Actual release date forthcoming)

JIAI JOUWA BOOK 3: (Currently Untitled) - Late December (Which would make it almost one year to the day since Book 2!)

REN'AI RENSAI PHOTO GUIDE - Early 2015

The aforementioned standalone sweet romance "THE LONGEST RIVER" will be my first project of 2015.

The reasons for this switch-around extend to more than just my move holding things up. "IKIGAI." was mostly finished when I decided that it wasn't exactly what I wanted for the final book of RR. I ended up going back and retooling a bunch of it so it fits better with the vision I had. I am determined to put out only the best possible story to round-off the main RR series, and I'm excited to share it with you later this month! Suffice to say, cover and blurb reveal will be happening soon enough!

Thanks for your understanding as we restructure some things around here. Right now my main goal, besides what is going on with other aspects, is to finish up the RR universe this year. It's going to be both very bittersweet and a relief. I hope you'll be around for the ride!

A Tentative Release Schedule For The Rest Of The Year

Small preview of things to come!

As we approach the halfway mark of 2014, I thought it would be beneficial to myself and to all of you if I update the projected releases for the remainder of 2014. I talked about my hopes for the year around the New Year's, but of course things change and now I have a much better idea of how things are going to go from now until Dec. 31st.


Preliminary Schedule (all dates are tentative):

Late June/Early July: REN'AI RENSAI Book 6 "JOSHOKU."

Late August/Early September: REN'AI RENSAI Book 7 (Currently Untitled)

Late October/Early November: Standalone romance novel "THE LONGEST RIVER"

Late December/ Early January 2015: JIAI JOUWA Book 3 (Currently Untitled)*

*This will most likely end the REN'AI RENSAI universe for a while, or at least full length works. What I'll do immediately after I don't know yet!

There will be a few other goodies in there, but I'll talk about those more when I get closer to releasing them. ;) Yes, this includes the world guide for RR! I'm going to release it after Book 7 since that seems most fitting.

Most of these dates, especially the summer ones, are tentative because I'll be making a rather big move in July. It's a good move, and I'm super excited about it, but at the moment I have NO idea how it's going to affect my schedule.

I hope you're as excited for the rest of 2014 as I am. It's gonna be a bit of wild ride with new things coming and old things going, but I think it's going to be very fulfilling. Hope to see you there!

Because I'm told I should be organized, as a writer, or something...

Just a quick quip that I've solidified the final version of my new blogging schedule here. Or, at least one I intend to follow...somewhat...so long as it behooves me.

Basically:

SUNDAY: Weekly Writing Check-In. Same one I've always done since about September or so.

MONDAY: Free For Me, or, whatever I feel like posting. General thoughts about writing, announcements that didn't fit on Sunday, etc. Usually a discussion post of some kind. (Although today this is filling it for it, ha!)

WEDNESDAY: Hubpages Wednesday. Where I plug my latest hubs I've written in the past week or so (usually 1-2, depending on time).

FRIDAY: Friday Flash. Short flash fiction pieces written and shared for promotional purposes. Will either be "original" or taken straight from any draft I may be working on.

Of course, I'll post on the other days if I feel like it. =P
